I am the fourth owner (have owned it for 5 years). I purchased it with 88,000 miles.
When I purchased it, it had just come off of being a Certified Pre Owned Car, so everything that goes wrong with these early Cayennes had been addressed. In my five years of ownership, I have kept up with all maintenance, fixing anything that needed fixing, and changing fluids, etc. as needed. All records will be included, as well as receipts for many of the maintenance parts that I have purchased (I do most my own work).

The following items that are routinely an issue have been fixed/upgraded with newer parts:
Coolant Lines Replaced with Aluminum
Fuel Pumps Replaced
Center Bearing for Driveshaft updated and replaced
While this car has been very well maintained there are some cosmetic issues, and a couple other small issues (that do not impact the drivability/performance or safety of the vehicle) including:
Cargo Area has been used well, so there are several scratches inside and on the ceiling
Headliner is sagging in a few spots
The bottom of the LCD screen in the cluster will fade a bit after the car has been running for a bit (or it is very hot). This only affects the area that displays what gear the car is in (no important info is missing)
Some small scratches/nicks on the body/bumpers
Some curbage on wheels
Missing a fog light (just fell out)
There is a warning to check headlight adjustment. Headlights work fine, it is an $80 sensor.
Overall, the car runs and drives very well. I would not have an issue driving it across country. When maintained these cars will run a very long time. Only selling because I bought a new to me 2013 Cayenne.
