Yes the car itself is street legal. The only wheels I have are the center lock wheels so if they had DOT approved tires you would be fine. Might be a little loud, but that's ok

This car is a tremendous value and amazing at the price. Dont know the seller and have nothing to gain. Someone should jump on this.
