The car is loaded with a lot of unnecessary options that a CR doesn't need. Its a CPO car and the previous owner had the car completely wrapped for like $4K so the dealer is adding that to the price. Should be in the high $60's.

That is a strange mix of options for a 'drivers' R, IMO. PDK is a fine gearbox, but no Chrono means no sport or sport+ mode to sharpen up the PDK shifting. Personally, I like the A/C delete, but then add radio and Nav? No PSE or an aftermarket exhaust either.
If you are building a 'drivers' R, it seems keys features would be:
6 speed or PDK with Sport Chrono
PSE or aftermarket performance exhaust
No A/C
No Radio/NAV
Cheers,

Btw guys, I have a friend selling a very nice Capristo exhaust that came off his Boxster Spyder if anyone is interested per DJM's comments. Great exhaust as you can adjust the volume and it sounds great.

Guys, just to help you in your calculations about what market values are for these cars...
I have a 2012 white R with factory black painted wheels, PDK with Sport Chrono, full leather interior option, NAV, Radio, bi-xenons, Bose sound package plus, Sport Design wheel, alcantara wheel and shift lever, Sport seats (not buckets), floor mats, and a few exclusive options: Porsche Crests in headrest and center console cover with logo in alcantara. The car is in nearly perfect shape and has just over 7,000 miles.
It had an original sticker of $93,000 and I wouldn't take less than 70k for it.
As you can see there aren't very many of these on the market at any one time. The Peridot R at Euroclassics has been there since I bought my car in mid-2013. For whatever reason it's not moving. I think a lot of people say they like Peridot but then fewer buyers actually want it enough to buy one.
I think the values of these cars will bottom out in another 1-3 years and then start creeping back up. There just aren't that many of them comparatively.

It was my first car I came across so I had no clue on the market. I'm getting a pulse for it now.

Recent R Purchase
I had been looking and found a car listed at the same time on Ebay, cars.com and the dealer web site. I thought their price was a bit high but called and worked it down a bit mid 60k. The car generated quite a bit of interest with offers coming in 63, 64k within an hour of listing. It is CPO.
Has PDK and all the options I wanted aside from sport chrono. I found that the software + button is available for dealer install at around $1400, so made the deal.
Car arrived perfect +. Part of the plus is a K-40 not shown on the listing - nice.
So prices are holding, but with the GTS arriving in April-May that may be worth a look, of course then paying the new car premium.
Love this car with limited driving the past week, also have a 996 GT3, so be interesting to get into more detailed comparisons once the weather cooperates.
Thought this may be of some help on the status of the current market.
