Good. But it definitely gets confusing quick around here.
How could a brand new GT3 at MSRP be anything but awesome?!? Trust me - as someone who just did a search and bought a car an MSRP car (esp. new and on the open market) is close to a unicorn.

Hello RL!
I would like to offer this brand new manual 991.2 GT3 at MSRP to the Rennlist community. The original buyer backed out, and had to take a haircut on all of his deposit money.
With that being said, I would rather see it go to a true enthusiast who is going to enjoy it.

I am not a RL troll as someone said. I am a fairly longtime member/contributer and am strongly considering this car although I really want an RS at this time. The combination of Lava Orange with black wheels looks amazing and and much better than I had anticipated. I think the manual tranny and stripper attribute is very attractive too. I also believe the low option cars will prove to retain their value better in the long run. I credit the original buyer who backed out for ordering a very nice car.

It was my post that was deleted. I was just repeating something that the OP stated in his listing. I thought car deposits, especially those on high demand cars specced reasonably, are refundable. I do credit Tyler for his honesty.

Just to clarify, the deposit is refundable up to a certain point in production, but once the car locks, there is a certain date that the deposit is non-refundable. This is a date and form that is outlined to the customer and requires a signature.
This customer backed out when the car had already landed.
I am happy to help you put this car in your garage
All good feelings on my end.

I hope this is a sign of the times. Currently looking at .1s to purchase, but if deals like this keep popping up this may suede me into .2 ownership. Surprised this hasn't sold already!
