It's funny to see on Bimmerforums, the **** talking that Porsche people are willing to pay anything simply because something is a Porsche or Porsche-related (i.e., Porsche tax) so you'll see comments like "Maybe you'll get that much on a Porsche forum" and then to see people here say that BMW people through their money away on modifications.

Reminds me of the scene in Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels when theyre walking away from each other talking ****....

Don't worry, you can always take out a sports car equity line of credit.

I wasnt being critical per se, just funny as an owner of both brands, to see how each group gets stereotyped.

Me too... that and ****** are classics in my book. If you've never seen it, the movie Layer Cake is similar... you'll probably like it.

Don't buy a house. It is not depreciating anymore. New GTS is the better choice.

Man that movie is great.

On another note, the trolls that can't read are back. Fatty matt is still talking about equity lines of credit. So salty ughh...

Agreed, I took German delivery of my M4... and love the banter on that side of things as well.

I'm paying off the 120k note I took out last January to buy my turbo s in a month or so. I'm tempted to post the receipt here.

How do you figure the OP was arrogant? I think the OP has shown great restraint in keeping things cool considering some of you people have nothing better to do than offer your irrelevant $.02 + on a car that you are 1) jealous of or 2) can't afford. Why don't you go troll the RS posts from dealers that post here?

OP is extremely arrogant. Most people on here also own BMWs/M3s. I personally have two other BMWs in my garage and am a member of BMW 3 forums so I am very familiar with the brand and the market valuation. Saying "don't comment" is a perfect way to invite comments.

As far as being able to afford the car he is selling, you are correct. Most people (myself included) can't afford to pay $25-$30k over market value for a depreciating asset that has been modified to the level of the "stance" crowd.

Are we trolls? Perhaps. However, this forum allows comments on sale posts so we have our God-given, 'Merican right to comment away.

Is it entertaining? Hell yes!
