Should be no problem to import this car or other current DOT compliant Canadian car into the US. This should be done by a US resident importing the car from Canada, I personally have purchased cars in the US before never enlisting 3rd parties. Please check you state rules and I will help in any way possible.

There is, I believe, an import duty to import a car from Canada to the US. 3% if I remember correctly. At least on vintage cars.
