2017 Porsche 911 Turbo, 17k miles, $149k, MSRP $188,565, VIN WP0AD2A90HS166973. The car is offered for sale because my wife has taken a new job with lower pay and a much better lifestyle.
I plan to get something cheaper for the next few years, leaning towards an Alfa 4C, and I would likely route this sale through the dealership to get the sales tax credit. If no one is interested I will probably just trade the car in.
Last January I took delivery of this custom ordered 2017 911 turbo. The build was intended to be a ten year purchase and includes PDCC, Burmester, heated/cooled 18 way seats, lange change assist (LCA), deviated stitching, sport classic wheels in black, the aerokit in black with the black glass sunroof, and a number of other largely cosmetic details. The full build is below. The car has never been in an accident and has never had any issues. To protect the front end I had a clearbra installed before taking delivery (full front and mirrors). The car was recently lowered on TechArt springs. The factory springs are included with the car, and the car is otherwise in stock condition. Overall this is just a wonderful car with no issues. It gets a lot of compliments with the aerokit and the red/black theme, and the red stitching adds a good dimension to the interior. The photos were taken today, but unfortunately I am neither a pro photographer nor a pro detailer, so I just did the best I could.
Let me know if you'd like to come out to do a PPI and take a close look. The car is about 20 minutes north of Salt Lake City, Utah (airport code SLC).

Although the car is not certified as this is expected to be a private sale at the listed price, there are ways to have the car certified and sold through a local Porsche dealer. This would require a fee for their services plus the costs to them (and I have heard they spend $3-4k to certify a car).
First, we could arrange a Porsche consignment sale to get the car certified. Because the buyer would already be identified, we could ask for a reduced consignment fee. Since it is brokered and sold by the dealership they can certify the car.
Second, if I purchase an Alfa 4C, the Alfa dealer is co-owned with Porsche Lehi, so they may route the sale for my sales tax advantage anyway and offer to certify the car for less than a consignment fee.

Thanks! I really like how the car came out. It gets a lot of compliments, and more importantly, when I walk away from the car I often catch myself looking back just to see it again.

Oh trading, not at all - I'm really just giving the car up. I'll probably order another new 911 6-10 years down the road. Right now we have a Range Rover Sport as a third vehicle that I will probably commandeer as my DD, so the core idea is that I could pick up a fun/raw weekend car to complement it. I haven’t made up my mind though. Today it's an Alfa 4C or maybe a 993 Carrera, but a V8 Vantage might be cool to own, or maybe I should just put extra time and money into finishing the race car project....

Used to own a 2016 4C Spider, it was amazing fun on the track, but the car left ALOT to be desired. I ended up selling it for a 996 Turbo. The most important thing to me about any car i own, is that it has a soul, and the alfa just felt like a kit car.
Buddy of mine had an 08 Vantage that he sold for a 987 Boxster GTS.
I would recommend you to go with the 993, it holds its value (WAY more than either the 4C or Vantage could) or even consider an AMG GT, a well spec 996 Turbo X50 with some mods could be a lot of fun to, and a lot more raw than the 991 you are giving up.
Car looks great btw! GLWS.
