Was just going to post a few pics but photobucket says something about updating my account first. Anyone know what that's about?
Received my door pulls last night. They arrived well packaged and the install took less then a few minutes. End result looks awesome imo and product quality seems great I even dropped one of the door pulls on cement and it didn't even scratch.
Mine arrived last week and I installed them today. I am very impressed with how well these blend with the interior and they are very solid with no flex whatsoever. Good ABS plastic. The rear and side of the piece is unfinished and does look DIY but you never see that anyway. So, for this price point I'd say these are definitely worth it. The straps are VERY easy to remove from the side as you can see in my pic. So if you ever wanted to swap out for a different color or replace these it would take no time at all. I'd give them 9/10 with only a point off for the unfinished sides and rear.
Installed within 5 minutes after receiving them. Great product.
On a side note, I wrapped a rubber band inside the housing to act as a buffer between the metal button that keeps the strap in place and the abs plastic.
keeps the strap firm, and actually shortened the length by a few mm's.

You wrapped the rubber band inside the housing??? Do you mean around the strap between where the button and the housing would otherwise contact? Trying to understand this because it sounds like a smart idea to keep the ABS from being damaged and the strap eventually pulling out. Now that you mention this I will rubber dip that end.
yes. I thought about adding some liquid tape on the button,
but it takes a bit of time to fully cure. I'm sure plasti-dip would work the same way. The rubber band treatment took all of two minutes during install.
