plus enclosed transport, you're still way ahead of the game as I think OP's car is the lowest priced GT-3 RS in the planet plus he might further lower the price a little more as his new toy is probably delivered already. Again, you can avoid the broker/bond cost if you just drive the car back.

Use a company called Livingston International. They brokered/imported my GT4 for me. Super easy, you pay them for all the duties/etc (2.84%) - you'll need to reach out to Porsche North America (1-800-PORSCHE, Option 2) and get a hold of customer relations. They'll mail you a letter stating the car is built to the same standards for America/Stateside use.
The broker will do the rest.
