But 80s isn't going to happen, especially in this market. I sure wouldn't let my white 17K miles example go for less than 90K. With that said, I'm not selling and won't sell this car.

When you are a motivated seller, pricing becomes more realistic. The trick is to find the motivated seller, and that person is usually not on rennlist.

$85 - $90K is where this car should be!

Whereas I'm looking at the one that's the same color as this with 38k miles but with confusion over whether it has 4 or 6 owners and is still around at 79k.

Which highlights the difference....what is another 30k miles worth to you dollar wise?

Based on type of cars sold recently (mileage, upgrades, etc), and a dealer car, I would say low-mid 90's. That's due to such low mileage and mint car. But, as usual, to someone who wants a black .1 GT3 that's practically new, it may be worth the premium.

This current market is crazy. I remember when I was looking in 2011, similar 07 GT3s were about $80-85k.
Now is the best time to sell your GT3/Turbo, especially if they bring back manual transmissions for the 991.2 GT3s/Turbos.

unless you don't want the bigger, less raw 991. manual trans or not.

i'm definitely not planning to sell mine anytime soon and i'm sure prices will continue to move around along with the overall economy. they aren't making more 997 GT3s!

Thanks for the feedback guys, I can respect everyone's opinion.
I was curious about what others were asking for their cars with similar miles so I looked to AutoTrader for a reference and we don't seem to be out of bounds. None the less, it is an asking price and as always I am open to reasonable offers.

We have received the stock exhaust from the previous owner and will be installing the original factory rims as well to get her back to full stock. Both aftermarket items will be included in the sale.

38k miles vs 9k miles is no comparison in my opinion. I would easily pay $15k more to have less than 1/4 of the miles.

For me that 10 years of driving.

Fine. But this one is 30k more.
Still worth it?

I have no dog in this fight here. I'd buy it at 80-85 tomorrow if it went back to stock and passed a PPI; and I'm not even really looking for a GT3. For me the value proposition isn't there at 95 or 110. YMMV and good luck to the eventual purchaser. Hopefully it goes to 250 in a year and I'm kicking myself.

Assuming the car hasn't just sat for long/extended periods of time and the regular maintenance intervals were followed based on time. I'd want to see those maintenance records to warrant a premium.
