1) In the market to buy and "trying/hoping" to change people's opinions on these car's value
2) are clearly uninformed of the air-cooled Porsche pricing
3) are a moron

Prolly a little of each if I had to guess

Or maybe it's because there are others on the internet for considerably less money. May or may not be the same condition.

"May or may not be the same condition"

Gee, a car on the internet for less $$...SHOCKING! The condition is what counts and these cars mentioned in the ads are clearly of high quality. Some people just don't get it I guess

Trying to buy a cheap 993? As you know, a good one will sell higher and faster.

The OP car is sold, not at a 993tt price but at a price the market was willing to pay. If the new owner made his homework, he will enjoy a nice car at a low TCO.

OP, congrats on sale!

I do think its funny how buyers have an opinion regarding the value of your 993 without even seeing it. This car is showroom quality, the new owner can enjoy it without a single thing needing to be done to it. And for experienced owners of 993s, it is worth every penny for a well taken care of car.

Are you a troll with lots of assumption and imagination? Do I know you? Can't I agree with someone?

I do think it is funny that the seller has to explain himself. A smart and classy seller usually stays out of drama. Good luck!

I think the 2013 numbers would appear to support the OP's asking price. As does the fact the OP's car sold. And in less than a month.

Prices from 2011 and 2012 are not reflective of the 993 market today. For example, real estate appraisers do not use sales prices from closed escrows that are over 6 months old.

Notwithstanding, we all can have our opinions.

If there is anyone inflating values it will be the dealerships. But if they are selling then the market has clearly illustrated the facts.

And in regards to this being TT pricing, you will not likely find a well sorted 40K miles TT in the low 60s today. If so, please point them cause I have friends looking to buy esp at that price.

Hey Hovik, what's your ride? A pic would be great!

Are you telling us (the troll family) that you're looking for a C4S since 2 years and cannot find one at a decent price anymore?

993 and 964 have appreciated in the last few years. BTW, don't look at 930 and 965...
