I may be interested...was planning on buying a new one since every now and then is powers on and off spontaneously. Nervous about used so I will think about it and talk to dealer in the meantime.

Do you have the antennas for both the Sirius and the Nav (they plug in the back but are run through the firewall into the frunk, I think)? How much additional wiring is included? I have the "standard" Bose system, so I would need the antennas at a minimum. Let me know. Thanks!

Yes I do...I would include everything, the enterire system has been removed. If you are not interest in the complete package someone is selling just the XM/Sirius unit for ~$400.00.

Yes, it will fit in a non-Nav 997.1 car.
I will not be "sleeping" with the A/C control unit, but I will be keeping it in the vehicle. : ] (gotta love auto correct)
New A/C units go for roughly $960 USD or less depending on the options needed for your vehicle. See screen capture below for reference (#14):
