If you have a laundry list of documents and have them all in order, it's a relatively painless process. The two key components are:
- Importation into the US at the border (I did this at Peace Arch in WA state)
- State registration (for me CA DMV)

Yes.
As long as this exact model was also sold in the US (it was), all it takes is time and $$$, typically 2 - 3% of the sales price.
