...& proud 'parent' of a stunning Speed Yellow 993.
Met Eric & his wife yesterday. Big day: they won best in class & Peoples' Favorite awards in the Concours d'Elegance -- their first ever attempt!
Capping off a perfect win in picture-perfect Dana Point, CA, they're celebrating in the best Porsche tradition today: burning rubber on the track.
Eric's a super-star: he, his wife, & their SY beauty are June's cover feature for "Pandemonium" magazine of PCA's Orange Coast Region.
One quick read reinforced what I'd already learned: great folks, track stars, killer 993.
I'm catching a plane now, but here's quick shot of the man & his immaculate machine ...

Thanks for the kind words. We sure had a lot of fun. The weather was perfect as the pictures will show. Can't say for sure if we will ever show for judging again, that was a lot of work!!

Yummie on the inside, too... Nice Walrod rings
My camera doesn't do it justice (the finish of the interior & attention to detail was consistently perfect), but here's part of what the judges saw -- minus the color-coordinated Speed Yellow shoe accents

Thanks for all your help guys! The parts FD Motor Sports supplied that the judges could see really helped! RS shifter, Alum Brake handle, SS wide ovals, all looked unreal!

This was off-limits to his judges, but you can see Eric's bonnet & engine are similarly impressive & race-ready

I do like the Speedster seats, but like you said the leather is a little more worn than I would want... I would want to get them recovered before I even install them, and that just adds to the price...
