It's easy...in rough numbers:

LEATHER $5k
PCCB $10k
LWB $5K
wheels and lift $5K
lights $3K

mid 170's right there. Pick a special color and you're touching nearly $180k

Asking $50k over. Joke. Just say no people, regardless of how much money you may have.

Working too hard to give Porsche my money. Had five deposits at one point, down to two now. One seems very hopeful, submitted build a long time ago but still not slot.

^Exactly.... since the base msrp went up like 13k'ish, it's now quite quick to get your total skyhigh.

My spec ended up at 165k with the GGTax added in and mine isn't even that deeply loaded.

Granted the buckets and ceramics alone take up the most of it... but that's what I personally wanted so it was a must.

Not hard to climb in options at all and really depends on whats important to you.

My SA is pushing hard for me to get buckets for "resale" despite me not wanting to sell the car in the near future or him actually chuckling watching me get in and out of a bucket seat RS and me not feeling comfortable at all haha. So, no buckets for me

I was planning to stay under 165ish....but with prices going up (base model, PTS, PEC, etc, etc), it didn't take long for my accountant (i.e., partner) to feel slightly nauseous for the sticker price. I am still not 100% sure my PTS will be approved, so it might be 13K cheaper soon lol

For ME, a car without LWB, LED PDLS, PCCB, and Platinum wheels isn't great. Good, but not great.

For OTHERS, a car at stripper price is great.

I just gave you some popular options earlier which easily push many cars with what I would count as bare minimums in my book and bring the cars to high $170s already.
Did you actually read what I wrote? My point is that I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT A STRIPPER. You can get a car with LWBs, PCCB, Lift, Bose, Sport Chrono and a few other bits under $165k. That's not a stripper. That's all I'm saying. I'm not criticizing anyone's build, just the idea that anything below $175-185k is a 'stripper'. That's nonsense. It may not be a luxo barge, but it's definitely not a stripper.

Probably a silly question, but what does "Total of Charges and Taxes: $2750" on the bottom of the dealer's build sheet represent (or what's included in the $2750)?

You've been getting beat up.

I get what you're saying but my post got skipped.

OP must have left out some details on the build because when I put those same options in and got 172K. How they managed to ask 183K MSRP is an unknown.

143,600 Base price

4,220 Chalk

3,480 Leather/Alcantara

5,200 LWB

2,590 Front axle lift

9,210 PCCB

1,600 Bose

Base price:$143,600
Price for Equipment:$27,800
Delivery, Processing and Handling Fee $1,050
Total Price:* $172,450

$2,750 includes the $1,050 for delivery/processing/handling as well as the $1700 gas guzzler tax

Not sure why they don't separate out GG tax and include that as part of a total only

He's been whining about not having an allocation, so ... he gets to pay a flipper premium if he wants a car!

If you don't listen to music, I would say no, not an upgrade. Bose gives you more power, and, more importantly, a subwoofer. However, you are not getting a high-end quality sound with Bose.

EdIt: if you're going to listen to any music while driving your GT3, Bose is a must, IMO.
