At Exclusive Option we can custom tailor your 991/981 steering wheel to enhance or match your interior design. Some of the steering wheel options we offer are:

1.GT Steering Wheel / 2016+ Steering Wheel Faceplate
Options: Tailored in Leather or Alcantara (No top Stitching)

In Black Leather, the Faceplate is similar to the version that comes on 911R or the 991.2 GT3 Models. This is also an option for all 991.2 standard wheels, GT4, or 981 Spyder wheels, that have the silver metallic look faceplate trim. This takes the matte black low sheen look to the next level by tailoring the trim in rich leather that matches the rim and lends an upscale look to a part that is always in the line of site.




2. 991/981 GT Steering Wheel or 2016+ Steering Wheel with Deviated Stitching
Options: Leather, Perforated Leather, Alcantara or just replace Stitching

All GT Steering Wheels can be converted to the Deviated Stitch color you Desire. GT4 and GT3RS wheels in Leather may also add the deviated Stitch option. Wheels that are specified in Leather can be tailored in Alcantara and Alcantara wheels can be specified in Leather. The final result is a factory finished Steering Wheel that accents or matches your interior.




3. 991/981 “12 o’clock Race Marker” Stripe in Deviated Leather or Alcantara

All GT3, GT4, Spyder, and GT3RS wheels in leather may also be able to add 12 O’clock Race Marker Stripe in Leather or Alcantara. GT Steering Wheels can also specify this option; getting rid of that black matching inseam at the 12’oclock position and add a splash of color and custom tailor this very visible detail on your steering wheel. Many leather colors and Alcantara available- can be done in conjunction with deviated stitched steering wheel rim.




4. 991/981 Steering Wheel Rear Hub “Basket”
Options: Rear basket in leather/Alcantara (with or without topstitch)

All 991 Steering Wheels feature hard plastic rear portions. This is an extreme contrast from the finished steering wheel faceplate spoke facia and the leather/Alcantara Rim. We can match the steering wheel rear hub “basket” to the material of your steering wheel. This part really brings the overall quality of the steering wheel in a cohesive manner. Great upgrade especially if you have our Leather Steering Column Casing.




5. Sports Chrono Steering Wheel Selector Dial housing in leather featuring deviated stitching (991.2/981.2 with Sport Chrono package)
Options: Housing in Full Leather (with or without Stitching)

Highlight the defining feature for Sports Chrono equipped 991.2 Cars. We replace the bare plastic unit, with an all leather, with deviated stitched bespoke tailored unit. Tailored in rich leather with matching or deviated stitching to accentuate this unique feature. This Selector Dial housing in leather matches up perfectly with our leather Steering Wheel faceplate. Dials are available in accenting colors as well. This is the ultimate upgrade for your 991.2 Steering Wheel.

6. Leather or Alcantara Fully Tailored PDK Paddle conversion
Options: Leather or Alcantara with Hand Tailored Stitching (Matching or Contrasting Stitching).
Time to convert those shiny paddles to Full Leather or Alcantara; not only does it add the unique look to your steering wheel, but they are also providing comfort during shifting. These paddles are hand tailored, wrapping the entire contour and intricate shape of the PDK paddles and still feature the “+” and “-“ shift insignias. These take hours to craft but the end result is nothing short of stunning. A great way to go for the low sheen look on your PDK Steering Wheel removing the shiny silver paddles that every model features.

Since there are 2 options for 991.2 steering wheels. Are you able to customize both options? One is the smaller diameter wheel with black larger piece and silver inserts, while the other one is vice versa with silver large piece and black inserts.
