S4 part identification - what is this?

Default S4 part identification - what is this?
I tried looking at PET but haven't been able to find what these are. There are two, one on either side of the car.

Anyone recognize these off hand? Asking about the tan assembly with the wiring plugs going into it.

Ground connections from abs, brake pad sensors.
