Default Guards Red Guages

I am finalizing a 991 order. One of the options I am considering is the guards red gauges, clock and seat belts. I have not been able to see the red dash cluster in person. I am wondering how the visibility is in different lighting conditions?
Does anyone that has these have any pros/coms they could share?

Thanks

I have them in the car I have owned all of 14 days. But I have managed to put 1,745 miles on it already. Day driving in sunny conditions ,night driving, driving both day and night with the top up and down. Great visibility no matter the conditions. Plus they look amazing, if I do say so myself.

Cant go wrong, they add a nice bright colour - at night time they go dark, almost black.

Thanks for the feedback and pictures.

Follow up question - Are the red brake calipers on the S Guards red?

I am ordering Saphire blue metallic with gray interior and it has the red calipers. Was thinking it would be a cool interior color accent and tie things together.

Man I would love to go with the deviated stitching but just don't want to spend that much. These options costs sure add up quickly!

probably not exact, its the same red that brembo uses on all their red calipers, but its close enough.

I have a GR with red gauges and belts (no SC thus no dash clock)... here's an interior pic w/ flash but with the car turned off.

And a compiled one... with cluster during evening driving.

i have never liked red gauge faces as in my view they obscure the needle... to me it is a style choice that sacrifices function/ergonomics

but then i drive my cars hard and often at the track so having a quick and accurate read (sometimes using peripheral vision) is important

just 1 person's opinion
