Default Free Hatch: Charlotte, NC

I replaced a hatch with glass separation and now have an extra hatch taking up space in the garage. Anyone near Charlotte want a free 944 hatch?

Update: Gone to a new home

Stripped the hatch down today, figure I will give it a couple week window before trashing it. The glass is very clean, sure the paint marks around the edge are not the best, but if you are pulling the glass to re glue that is a minor issue.

Sometimes you can't give these things away, and other times there's someone so desperate for one that they'll pay hundreds.

You can't beat free - someone go get a spare hatch!

The value is all in the timing, I have done this before and given stuff away only to find a year or so later I need that same part. But I figure there is karma in the 944 world. So off this goes for free. I think it is getting picked up tonight.

Yup. One time I gave away a perfectly straight Guards Red 944 rolling chassis. I just wanted the engine and trans. Then a year or so later, my other red car gets rear-ended, and I'm still looking for a reasonably priced (preferably red) chassis. One will come around eventually.
