If you bought the company from Neal, I think you need an attorney because he is flaunting himself as the owner/CEO according to Manta.com, BBB.org, Linkedin.com. This skulduggery seems to be worse than what we thought!
He even has the gall to list himself as CEO Of NR Automobiles on the California Secretary of State site. Other folks with the same last name hold other positions like CFO etc.:
https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/ I entered NR Automobiles and clicked the 'Corporation Name' tab. His Statement of Information Form FK68461 was renewed on 3-28-2017.

The more NR auto talks the more pwnd he is getting. Ideally just pay whatever sum Eli wanted. No need to deal in wings or brackets and end this. Even if you have to pay $5k USD (Just an example) trust me its better for your business. Once on the internet, these negative threads hurt you more in the long run. Think smart, act smart.

Oh, the wheels were given back already but he also short-paid me on them, when he dropped them off he agreed to $100 ea. vendor to vendor for us to split the wheels, strip the lips, paint gloss black and re-assemble them. He then started to complaint that he didn't remember after all this time and how he can get it cheaper etc. so he was only going to pay $300 minus $50 in shipping he deducted to have the fake wing shipped back to us.

Update,
I will be deleting this post today, I have spoken to the new owner of NR Taylor B.
We have an agreement in writing at this time, and part of the terms of the agreement are that I delete this post.
Taylor's actions seem to be stand-up over the actions of Neil who seems like he would go on forever, Taylor appears to be the man of reason over there so I'm glad that the new owner of NR has a man like him in-charge at this time.
I feel that it is important to make these notes so that you all know that Neil has sold the interest in ownership and a new boss has taken over.
Should this agreement fall through, I will be back to report but let's hope that is not the case as Taylor seems to be a good guy by helping clean up what Neil originally foiled.
Let's just all get along

What a nightmare. What they didn't count on was the scope and range the Rennlist forums have. You can destroy a company here, just as you can make one.
Are you guys the wheel restorers?
I have 2-3 wheels that need straightening and refinishing to match one from Zuffenhausen that is fresh out of the box.
