Thank you. 53k miles. Just picked up the plates yesterday. I'm very excited to fly out to Detroit next week and drive her back to Boston.

That cab is beautiful. I bought a 7 series BMW as a surprise for my wife (now ex 
) in Detroit about 15 years ago, and then drove it back to California. I learned the hard way that in Michigan, the seller keeps his license plates. Michigan issued me a piece of paper to show whoever was going to pull me over that it was registered and the title in transition. I had to go dumpster diving at a dealership on a Sunday to have a dealership paper plate in place where the license plate goes. Had I not, I'm pretty sure I would've been pulled over a few times between there and here. Just a cautionary note. If you can bring a paper plate from a dealership, it might be better than the empty space where a plate would normally be.
