Like you, I also wear my 'big boy pants'
when I take out my 'Signal Green' .1 991
gt3! Does yours look anything like mine?

Wise Eduardo,

I like your big boy pants. I'm curious, what are your thoughts on Aqua vs Sapphire Blue?

Prost!

Wise? That would be news to my wife!

I had an 'Aqua Blue Metallic' Spyder.

It was quite pretty in person.

'Sapphire' has it's own fan club too.
They are in the same family of blau
hues, but lighter in color. Can't say
anything against it.

Which one you like best?

Wise Eduardo, your Aqua Blue spyder looked great! My "Raven" is Aqua, and I love it, but if unable to get a PTS allocation, which I understand is likely, the replacement "Mystique" will have to be Sapphire and while I like it a lot, I'm not sure I'll love it as much... I certainly prefer Aqua in the sun, but I might prefer Sapphire in the shade.

I feel like Porsche correctly recognized that Aqua could be a touch brighter but then maybe went too far and lost a touch of the depth... I guess I'll have to see them side by side to be sure.

Ok, sounds like a plan...

Hey, that's my car!

I just happened to be browsing these threads and saw this weeks old post.

28K miles. Just had an engine-out reseal, injectors, clutch, P6000s, etc. No pulled head studs. Almost all original paint, all original interior except for the Prototipo steering wheel that I added (and dearly love). A/C (dealer installed VPC) blows ice cold.

Drives beautifully. In fact, I drove it 1100+ miles to Werks Reunion at Amelia in March. Used a fingernail's worth of oil on the dipstick; I still haven't added oil since I left for the trip in March.

That is a keeper! Absolutely stunning color on
that vintage 1974 911. Where did you find it?

Regarding the 'Prototipo' steering wheel, I guess
we should be thankful you did not used the one
from your daily driver!

Weneversleep,
I've enjoyed showing these pics to anyone who shows the slightest interest in 911s. My white one gets an obligatory, "Nice car".

Your '74, on the other hand, ALWAYS gets a big grin and a positive comment.

Great car, great color!

Maybe Signal Green? Looks a little light to be Viper. Pretty it is.

Where are all the Viper green pictures?

Those of us with Viper cars don't like to post pictures as we like to keep the color exclusive. Here's a picture of the car you posted the rear of a few pages back which you should rethink which color it is
