as i said, you can do the mooty diet.
only 2 rules
1. eat faster than brain can register
2. eat only sugar. protein, carb... whatever, they dont work. just sugar. burns fast. lots energy. and a little crazy... just look at me.

WOW, this is awesome, so many riders. I do the century ride every weekend but mine has the funny kms behind it . Actually, I try and do 125 kms (77 miles) one day, every weekend, with an average speed of 27.5 kms/hr (17mph) Problem is I'm slowing down due to a thing called age. Will be 60 next year. Oh by the way, I now tip the scales at 126, that's lbs not kilos. Do we have any seniors riding on here?
holy moly
if im
that light i might win the giro lol

I'm curious why. Have you ridden one? It has top grade componentry (Shimano XTR) and earns a positive review from The Guardian. Um, I bought one at a steeply discounted price (the components alone are worth the price I paid). I plan to take a one day 200mi trip on it this summer.

5' - 6" with small build.
Mine's a couple years old. Ride a Trek 6.9 Madone, added some CF wheels. It does me fine for now, get out 3 times/week. Looking to get into something new again, in the next two years. Any suggestions along with experience, anyone?
