Yes we can optimize tuning for your car over the standard maps, and its all done remotely too via email. Just did a 991TT in Bahrain the other day haha. Just need to fill out an ECU tuning form for me, and send over a few datalogs with your Accessport Vehicle ID number and Serial Number

Default O2 spacers or not

I'm putting on the muffler delete bypass system tonight... Will I need the o2 sensor spacers (mini cats) so my check engine light will stay off or are the high flow cats okay for the o2 sniffer on the car??? Fabspeed???

It all depends on the car, some 100cell cats don't scrub enough and set a CEL and others do. Our 200cell cats haven't set a CEL, and catbypass pipes always do. Run them, if you get a CEL either get our spacers or we can tune out the CEL for you. Either way the CEL isn't going to cause a problem being on your dash, consider the P0420 and P0430 codes for cat inefficiency as simply "hey by the way your cats are not protecting the environment as much as they should be" lights haha.

Okay will do. I already have the spacers for a catless system I run but the cel still shows up anyway... lol.
Thanks

well I installed and used the spacers and flashed with Cobb access port tuner and and was fine for a few "on offs" but now the check engine light is back on. So can I buy a rewrite from you? It's annoying and I'd like it gone...

I also would like to know and would be interested in buying a muffler setup that bolts onto these cats for when I dont want to hear that crazy"drone" sound...? Like if we drive a long distance the drone would kill my wife.... lol. Is there anything avaiable?

Lost a newbie to the darkside. Don't take it as preachy but many of us have been down the exact same road you are. Do yourself a favor and read the thread about Cobb versus UMW (a few days earlier ez to find). The people commenting in that thread are of the highest caliber. Call Sam or call Kevin both of them are beyond competant. Stay away from corporations or companies with many employees because they mostly just want the sale and then want you to go away (hey maybe my cynicism here will get them angry and get you a response so it could be a good thing). Both of those guys are expert tuners and both sell excellent exhaust systems. I prefer the euro pipe of Umw over Klein but I think it costs double

The HJS "Tuning" cats are 200cell. The high flow HJS "Motorsport" cats are 100cell. I've been running the large 5" diameter version of these cats for several years without any issues.

Read that post you recommended @riding dirty. I think since I am a newby to the Porsche modding game Cobb is gonna work for me with the generic tunes AND the ability to Tailor tune as I mod my intake side. The car is a rocket currently with the stage 3 91 octane off the shelf tune.... now I guess the real test will be ... how well does it do with a tailored tune down the road?? That's gonna have to wait because it looks like the next 4 or 5 grand I sink into this car needs to be a clutch pak so I can actually hold my foot in it throughout the rpm range and not slip like it is... ughhh . I dig the car but it's getting old throwing cash at it that I know I'll never get back. Lol

I would definitely speak to both of them then decide. Neither of them will lie to you and the price tag doesn't go up from what you initially agree upon (unless it's your fault). You will likely get exactly what you want no BS

I had a system built that I ended up removing because it was too loud for me, but had Kooks Green cats on it. Not sure if I got any added power from the system, but it didn't throw a CEL.

Your cats may be bad or worn out. Not all cats are the same. A large diameter high end 100cell race cat may have more platinum and surface area than a small diameter 200 cell cat. Bigger is always better...
