You can get the changes you want! Go for it.
I would be a little cautious with Exclusive Options. I have installed 2 pieces to go in my 2013 Espresso interior, one being off color and the other with stitching that did not match. Very nice people, but I was disappointed.

I've looked into this very closely. My last car was a cab with the standard interior. Really missed having the full leather. I spec'd out the costs to add it to the car but after doing the math it just wasn't worth it. I ended up trading the car for a new one with full leather (and a manual). Super happy with that decision.

Good luck!

Alec

You can also check with one of the salvage places like LADismantler.com (a sponsor) and others to see if they have any undamaged leather parts you'd like at a discount.

I considered this on my first 911 that didn't have leather but worried about introducing rattles or other problems since dash removal isn't that trivial. I decided the risk wasn't worth it. I mostly forgot about it after a while.

I opted for the black standard interior and two weeks after the order was locked I asked if I could add it in. It wasn't possible as mine moved quickly to production. Last weekend I installed leather dash and console trim and now very happy with it. You might consider to do that.

Where was the photo taken? It looks like Schweiz. It reminded me of the walks I used to take along the Aare in the evening after work. I miss it.

Once you go full leather, you don't go back.

Frank at Exclusive Option read my post and contacted me immediately. He wants to make sure the pieces I purchased match my existing leather so he has offered to redo them for no charge. I feel confident that the new pieces will match. After talking to them I feel comfortable in purchasing other pieces from them. They want to do an excellent job.

Default Im considering the same on my 991.1 but you tell me ....

Full leather with yellow stitching, but then when I drive the car I realize it may be a bit much.

Minus hideous wheel.

A great upgrade for those without full leather is getting the a-pillars wrapped in alcantara. Very affordable / easy and makes a noticeable difference.

The examples on the website are terrible.

Motobell, fantastic journey and enjoyment of your 991.2. Many face the same dilemma as yourself with their interior, either they could not get it optioned at the time or they purchased their cars used.

We will be more than willing to assist you with your interior needs, let it be a small component or a larger project. PM us so we can get more information. Look forward to hearing from you soon. PS: not all items are currently listed on our site, we are revamping our catalog.

Thanks.

Is it possible to wrap the rear deck (the large carpeted area) in leather or leather looking material to almost match the front dash (with the extended leather option)?

Has anyone seen this done?
