Why is it everytime you clean / wax / finish your car to an ultimate pristine shine... take it for a nice spin on the highway and some clown a few cars ahead decides its a good time to clean his windshield.

Its usually not the guy directly in front but the next guy in front or even a lane over. Its residual spray from someone up there, not a "take that and get off my ***" reaction.
Seems to always happen the first drive after spending hours on a good cleaning.
