According to my scale the fronts weigh 20.2 Lbs and rears 21.4 Lbs.

I'm pretty sure they'll fit 997 with PCCBs. There is still a lot of clearance even on the 997.2 GT3 steel rotors which are 380mm. I'm pretty sure the PCCBs are the same size.

The clearance issue with PCCBs isn't really the rotor diameter, it's that the PCCB 6-piston caliper is larger than the non-6-piston caliper. Here is the Forgeline fitment worksheet and the measurements I took off my 2005 997.1 C2S with PCCB setup - these are the 350mm front rotors that were on the 996TT cars and an OEM option on the non-Turbo & non-GT 997s when they were released. I'm not sure if the caliper changed over time as the rotor diameter increased, but with the custom Forgelines I had made, I have about 6mm of clearance between the inside of the front spokes and the caliper at the closest point. I wanted the amount of "concaveness" maximized in my wheels - there's not much in the front because of the 8.5"x19" wheel size and the 6-piston caliper, but a decent amount in the rear. Maybe these measurements will be helpful.
