Default Green C2S History

Does anyone have any info or know any history about this car thats for sale?
Ran a car fax and it seems it was in some sort of accident that required new paint. Thought maybe it might have lived in a RL's garage at some point. Any help appreciated!

The most overpriced C2S I can recall ever seeing; by about $50k...especially if it has a checkered past!

I do agree, I just wanted to dig a little and see if I could get some intel on the car. The colour combo is fantastic, but indeed the asking price well over what the car is worth.

Only the second C2S in this color combo I've seen. Looks super clean but way over priced.

I emailed them a couple months ago about this car as I too like the color combo. The car is on consignment, and they have basically no past history/records on the car. It was lowered to ROW height with a combo of Bilstein struts and H&R springs.

The car is WAY overpriced as others have mentioned, especially given the accident.

If it wasn't for the accident... $115K would be fair based on the current market, no records and miles. I love the color combo. Very cool.

In the ten years since that FS listing, it traveled only 6K miles, got into an accident and became detached from its service records.

Oh the joy of consigning a car. Owner doesn't have to take ownership of the car and it's past and the dealer just shrugs his shoulders and says don't know.

No one's responsible to divulge any info about the car. I do love this color. has anyone tried to get the owners contact into to ask about the accident ?

I did find the EuroClassics dealer who originally sold the car as referenced earlier in the thread and sent them an email to see if they could shed any light onto the history, specifically the accident. We will see if they even bother to respond.

Beyond that, in terms of a reasonable price considering condition, mileage, rarity of color etc. where would you put this, maybe at 90-95k? It appears C2S's are commanding bit of a premium over C4S's as of late but this example does seem to have fallen into some sort of collector/investor vortex where they seem to think they can get collector car money on a relatively well used example. Any thoughts?
