Same house. Same driveway. Same spot. Different Carreras. (Oh, and that little guy is now a strapping 20-year-old, and in college.)

Hope you're enjoying your P-cars today. I sure am!

I've time travelled a day or two before but I don't even want to know how much booze it takes to time travel 16 years.

After my 993, I waited 16 years to get another 911. And new this time (first one was pretty well-used). It's been soooooo worth the wait. But I will say that I'm a touch less limber climbing in and out!

Great looking series. With a lot less of a gap.

Congrats on all of it, especially your son. Mine will graduate in another month--all done writing checks!

Meshgearfox, you should submit that to PCNA. They might make a commercial out of it!

I think that's a great idea!

Btw, I didn't mean to hijack the thread with that pic I posted. It just struck me as related.

Don't be ridiculous Need4S...love to see the timelines. Would be neat if some other folks posted their "that was then, this is now" compositions. I shared mine because it's been such a fun and satisfyingly weird return. And for me this is the grail car, so all the more satisfying. BTW I've driven my teenaged daughters in it (they love it). Still waiting for son to come home from school for the summer. We'll see if he'll humor me with a blazer to recreate the original shot. Unlikely, but gotta ask!
