Default voltage gauge

anyone ever put a voltage gauge in their 993, if so where.

I have a ScanGauge that has voltage and other read-outs from the OBD2 socket. I mounted it above the shifter console. Sorry about crappy iPad photo.

You can use an Escort as a radar detector it has a DCV setting.

Keep muti meter in frunk. Hardly ever us it though others have.

Same spot as the others but went with an analog option to better match the existing gauges

How is everyone wiring it up? Keyed 12v or direct to battery with a relay that is keyed?

Any 12 vdc source will do and a ground. In this location in the photos just hit the sunroof switch and ground point nesrby.

The OBD2 port supplies the power for the ScanGauge.

Yes, eBay in the cigarette lighter seeing that the lighter is not used by most for cigarettes anymore.
