What is that, some kind of filler?
Are you going to mount the head on with that broken bolt for waterneck or is that some kind of pin and is there on purpose?

Im removing the bolt before i mount it, i had no time before i sent it away, hoping to get dynoed in april.

Ports look strange to me. Can you take a closeups of the ports insides? Is this supposed to be aditionally smoothed out or this is the end result?

Its hard as concrete, it is the end result, flow numbers ar within 0.1 cfm.
He has made a lot of changes in the port, to make the air use the capacity of the valves.
