Sorry, ignore, its a silly idea - the protruding line from the 981 original turn signal follows smoothly onto the spoiler on the 981, and the 718 light will remove that and look silly on a 981
There's no part of the 718 I like better than the 981 GTS, inside or out. Much more aggressive, but with a timeless design IMO. Don't know how Porsche got away with no reflectors on the 981, but it was a thing of beauty not seeing those damn eyesores. And as mentioned, even if the 718 tails were better, they'd look silly on a 981 anyway. Learn to love your 981. And if you just can't, then buy a 718. He he.

Completely agree. I actually like the front of the 718, but the rear - not so much. It is much too busy - but this has been covered in previous posts. The 981 is a classic and yes, I've learned to love it - from day one.
Yes the 718 taillights would fit into the same slot as the 981 tail light space.

981:
Mods you can delete this thread if you like
there might be an aesthetic clash given that the swoop or the tail spoiler won’t continue over the 718 twilights which are essentially flat.
Both twilights are interchangeable in the same space
