Perfect addition to the GT4
What would yours be?
To be clear, I'm not talking about a daily driver. Im talking about a fun car that compliments the GT4. In the past I had a 991 C2 Black edition with a Pdk that really did go well with the gt4. I'm starting to look again into GT style car to fulfil this spot as my gt4 is solely a weekend canyon/special/a few track days car.
I'm considering all of the following but do have a preference towards a na car. Granted, I know the Gt3 is not a true GT car but for my use it would be.
991.2 base car w/ manual and aero $
991.1 GTS w/ manual (maybe a pdk if build is great) $$
991.1 GT3 not sure I want to own one outside of warranty though. $$$
991.1 turbo (s) THE turbo $$$
991.2 GTS w/ manual rather stripper build. $$$
991.2 Gt3 currently on the list at my dealer. $$$$

I'd consider the 991.1 GTS manual.

Does it have to be another Porsche?
If not, I would add an Audi R8 V10 Plus to the stable.
At least we're keeping it in the VW family ...

911 is now a GT car with sports car performance and would compliment the GT4 well.
Turbo if you can swing it - if not that 991.2 w/PDK, just for the sake of distinguishing it from the GT4. Easily accessible torque and comfort is what I think, when I think GT car.

Can't really go wrong with any configuration since it's all subjective anyway. But personally a 991.2 manual with just the right amount of Sport-related options is my pick... a good complement to the GT4. The new turbo'd 911s are a blast to drive and the strong broad torque curve is superb... the new Infotainment system is absolutely topnotch compared to the previous version. And 991.2's are very well-equipped even in its basic form. Double grinning here...

991 GT3. Truly wish I could have kept my GT4 when I made the switch. No garage space. . .

A very low mileage E90 M3 with ZCP I think would be killer. Nowhere near as dedicated or sharp but I think it's a hell of a ride and the V8 is fun. However if I were in your shoes I would choose the 991.1 GTS
