Isn't there an easier way to do this?

ie. Don't initially order your GT4 with Alcantara sun visors, then order the Alcantara sun visors without stickers from SunCoast parts...

Just sayin'

Yes, this would be an option, but the net cost increase for this approach is around $800 out of pocket, assuming you were interested in the lighting design option initially also. Also assumes the Suncoast visors don't have the airbag warning label, not sure about that. And, is anyone still ordering GT4s?

Suncoast: $1,350
Lighting design option: $340
Alcantara visor option: $575 (requires purchasing the Lighting Design option)

Cost delta if you didn't care about lighting design option and purchased Alcantara visors from Suncoast: $435 (1,350 -340- 575)

Cost delta if you wanted lighting design option regardless of visor choice, and purchased Alcantara visors from Suncoast: $775 (1,350 - 575)

Not sure what functionality you might lose, if any, with the Suncoast visors if you install them on a car without the lighting design package.

I wanted the lighting design option regardless of visor choice. The last change I made to my build spec was to check the box for Alcantara visors. I'm glad I did, but the airbag warning labels are annoying. I'll be doing the DIY removal soon.

Looks good! Did you do the DIY as posted in this thread by Crazy Eddie or JP?

I have done all my visors following my buddy Matt's approach (money2536) I think it's a combination of Crazy Eddie and JP. I take the visors off the car, it's easier for me that way.

Help! Just removed the stickers but left with a mess; there is a residue from the sticker that won't come off with alcohol or Goo-Gone.
Any suggestions??

Alcohol was no help, got it off with non-acetone nail polish remover.

One can also use 190 proof grain alcohol, i.e. Everclear at your local liquor store.

^Plus you can pour some in your lemonade and drink it while your soaking the area

Back in the last 80s in College we used to dump bottles of that stuff in fruit punch at our Fraternity for the ladies. The worst was when I woke up thirsty and hung over and forgot and poured myself a large cup and started gulping it down
