Mirrors
I've tried concave. I've tried 5-panel golf cart. Still awful vision out the back and blind spots on both sides. Any solutions... or is this just an SPB deal? Add the hard top and window nets on both sides. Sheesh.
I'm fine in a racing situation because the closing speeds are manageable and you can HEAR another SPB coming. But in a DE situation with fast-running super cars approaching at the speed of light, I feel blind out there.

Then fill in your blind spots with small convex mirrors placed high on your a-pillar cage bars.

Last option would be dispense with rear view mirror (but still use round convex mirrors) and use video camera:

I have driven SPB' s with cage nets ( I don't use one, prefer arm bands) and found they seem to block vision a good amount due to the way they flap. Side net up also changes awareness quite a bit due to being able to hear better.
The Boxster's have a relatively small window once some cage tubes cross it and you sink a race seat with Halo sides down low. So the rear view is only going to help so much, which is part of the reason the wide view style mirrors don't help much.
Some of Matt's suggestions help fill in the blanks.
I try to go faster than everybody else. Then I don't need to use the mirrors so much

I contacted the manufacturer, and they said the mirror is really only for center-mount dune buggies and other off-road vehicles. But they did offer to send me a pair of 2 1/2" arms, which they say ARE adjustable. Unfortunately none of their website pages make any of this clear...so beware.
Still waiting for the replacement arms.

Would like to see in-car photos once this is installed.
BTW: where are/is your largest blind spot/s?
