Hi members.

It's been about 3 years since I was last active on RL when I had a 964 C4 wide body. When I sold it, I thought my 911 days were over. I played around with BMW and others but was always pulled back to the air cooled 911s.

I am glad to be back as my 98 993 C2S was delivered today.

I am so glad to be back and look forward to advice and knowledge from you.

My C2S is pretty much stocked.

Looking to put on 3 pc wheels. I've been glued to the Speedline
Supercups or TechArt Daytonas but can't seem to find them any where.

Also looking forward to lower the car to improve the stance.

I don't plan to track the car but just use it for the weekend drives.

Would love any advice on suspension kits and where I can get my hands on some 993 speedline/ TechArt wheels.

Cheers

FD Motorsports is a great option for suspension kits; competitive pricing, good guys and a RL sponsor.

For wheels, I'd suggest Tramonts; can be ordered in proper custom sizes for the C2S, great price/quality and lots of information on RL.

Congrats...I will echo the above regarding Tramont Cups. They are exact replicas of the Speedline RS wheels, high quality, and reasonably priced. Lots of info on them on this forum.

Default wheels

Beautiful car, terrific color. Lovely wheels.
Beauty, being in the eye of the beholder, as many varying opinions and mods on this Forum substantiate, what is objectionable to the wheels on your car?
I find their simple flowing design a highlight to the car's elegant shape and lines, rather than a distraction, to me often the result with many aftermarket wheels.
Just another opinion...

That's a beauty! More pix please

I've always purchased suspension from Carnewal especially at current exchange rates. Regarding wheels, Tramont Cups can be ordered to your exact specs. Speedline Daytonas are a rare find nowadays but reach out to Jim Dorociak for a set custom made as well $$$

Gert's a great person and runs a first class company. That being said and correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the warranty void when purchasing items such as suspension kits from outside the US?

Thank you all for great ideas. i will start my search based on your suggestions.

I drove the car around for the weekend. All I can say is...why da heck did I wait 3 years to get one. What an amazing car. Much different from my 94 964 I had before. WOW.

I spent moSt of the day deep cleaning it in and out. Was truly Sunday therapy.

Thanks again everyone and I look forward to getting to know members in this forum.

YOU GUYS ROCK.

Opo. I saw the piece on YouTube about you. AMAZING.

You mentioned that you painted your emblems to customize your babies..

I want to paint the "S" in red. Can you share how you do this?
