The trailer maybe has 12,000 miles on it… it sits for 7-9 months out of the year since I also have a double trailer I have been using more often.
Looking to sell for $11,000 or trade for 2 car goose neck trailer.
Very nice trailer, and very reasonable price. Aluminum trailers usually don't weigh significantly less than steel trailers because of the need for more metal needed for stability. But they last longer and retain their value better.
That weight seems high for an aluminum trailer, just under what my steel trailer weighs, so it's probably a very conservative estimate and the trailer is actually lighter. You probably don't want to screw around with it but you could take it to a truck weighing station to get the actual weight. We sold a trailer once and that's what the buyer did before completing the purchase. A commercial mover at a nearby business park weighed it for him. Looks like a really nice trailer. We have an Exiss aluminum open trailer and it's really high quality.
