I think it was me. Heard from two dealers but now realizing I'm not sure what exactly comes in November - ordering or deliveries. I'll double-check.
I'm still not sure if I want a Panny Wagon or a new Cayenne.
If this thing really comes to the US, and if I end up in a buyback situation with my Cayenne
diesel, I very may well end up in one of these. Looks like it has the same cargo volume....
I've been told that this is definitely being launched at Geneva, with UK delivery expected in September. Have my name down for one, as 3 seats in the rear will make a big difference for a family car.
With all the panning of the first generation Pany's rear end, explain how this is attractive......what am I missing besides 3 seats in the rear ?
It's a wagon, longer streamlined profile with a beautiful D pillar, original panamera was a poor attempt at a "4 door coupe"... upturned C pillar and trunk where poorly resolved designs. The wagon now gets to take that design to its logical wagon conclusion, while the sedan gets a more traditional "4 door coupe" design

Like beauty is in the eye of the beholder, design opinions are subjective......frankly, I don't like the squared off butt and the add-on spoiler.
I'm pretty sure I saw one on the road this morning in the mountains southwest of Stuttgart where I do my Sunday morning drives. For more than a year before the re-designed Panameras debuted this fall, I would see anywhere between 2-4 test Panameras driving the mountain roads. I'll keep an eye out for it in the coming weeks.
