Default Where Does This Part Go?
I have a 2002 996 Cabriolet. I found this part on driver's side floor. It looks like a cover. Does anyone know where it goes. I have looked but can't figure it out.

under driver's seat front - covers the motors and wires; snaps in place; raise up your seat to get a better view/access.

That's the IMS Bearing Manifold Cover!

Totally kidding.

As Garrett376 said, that snaps in place under the driver's seata. Take your time to not break the tabs.
