Default Turbo coolant line for larger turbos.

Anyone care to share photos of their solution to this problem? Previous set-up didn't trouble me, but new one is forcing me to have to figure it out.

TIA

Cut the sections that would need to be bent and replace them with rubber hoses. Has worked a charm for me for several years.

Paulyy, will that work with stock heat shield/intake brackets?

Refresh, do you have a parts list? How is clearance with the sensor? I'm using the "low profile" one.

It should. Everything is in the same direction as the original water pipe. You obviously don't need to use AN fittings and braided lines, you can just put a barb on there with rubber hoses and hose clamps.
I even managed to use the stock temp sensor on top also instead of the short one.

I had about 3/4" added to the larger section of the turbocharger coolant manifold, the section above to the banjo fitting. Then used a temp sensor with a wire that I got from Lart to take care of the sensor height issue. I believe I have some photos of my modded temp sensor housing in my profile photo's. not the sensor thou. I'm sure someone has a photo.

Clearance with the sensor was fine. This post in the thread I referenced I think has a parts list:

There is also a NAPA hose that fits better between the aux cooling pump (0.6" OD) and the hose nipple (0.5" OD) on the turbo shown above.

NAPA p/n = #10050 (st) #10477 (slight offset). About $10 each.

To accommodate the 90 degree bend, I sourced a 90 degree 1/2" stainless hose barb from Zoro ( https://www.zoro.com/thogus-elbow-90...3A+TPC4015-5-G ) - <$10.
