Real carbon. It survived a head on deer collision I had in a previous 997, so i slapped it on my spyder to be a lil different. I like how the sun catches the carbon weave on a bright day.

Took the Spyder to a charity Porsche day at Goodwood and...it won a prize! Didn't even know prizes were a possibility, but got told I'd won best water-cooled car and third place overall. First and second went to an immaculately restored Targa and a stunning 928 - much deserved. But I have to say the Spyder received the biggest cheer of the day and had a crowd of people round it for basically the entire time. Most pleasing.

Beautiful Spyder MagicRat, she certainly stands out amongst the silvers, whites and black Porsches at that event.

Spyders definitely seem to garner lots of attention, they are as pretty as they are fun to drive.

6spd, PCCB, Buckets, AC, Radio, Sport Chrono, Exhaust, Shifter ect ect. $87k sticker, 2700 miles... Best 987 you will ever see. It is one of the prettiest modern Porsche cars for sure.
