Yeah the fellows that work there are the bomb, I've stopped there a few times and their customer service is above and beyond. I too have those Ventus V12 evo2 for the D.D. (not the 996) which reminds me I actually due for a new set soon.

As an aside, I use the Discount Tire right next to their Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale. The service is great and you could eat off the floor in the workshop.
Their prices are great too.
