The Carfax should show clearly if there has been an accident or damage to the car (regardless of what the dealer told you)

Check the first page of the Carfax. Does it have a yellow sign with an exclamation mark on it, under accidents/damages? See below for an example

The front tires are okay but the REAR tires are shot..

Black on black.. no accident (the carfax came up with a repair of $1,400 back in 2009 from original owner).. not sure what that is but the dealership said there was no accident on the car. I just want to put that out there and have the carfax ..
- I am getting the cooleant leak fix as we speak, the issue is the with cooleant reservoir and the two hose..
- passenger airbag sensor is on also getting replaced as we speak

OR

I can part out and sell the car back to dealership.. this needs to happen within the next few days.. I am buying a new car and I might trade it in.. Also, you can save on the HST .. pm.. I'll explain
Get a pair or good used tires on in and make sure it passes safety and Etest.

Can you explain how the HST is going to be saved?

What I did was least our 99% of the car lol.. So the lease agreement is ending in 3 months and buyout is $1450 lol

So I would transfer the agreement to you so you would just pay the hst on the $1450 buyout...

Anyways I can get it safety and etested ...
Regarding the x-pipe .. Yes if I sell it back tondelaership, I'll part out the xpipe

Thee should ALWAYS be time for cars and toys even with family. Now if it's a financial issue then that's different.

NOPE! The buyout is actually $1,450 since I leased 99% of the car value lol.. for tax benefits.. so I would transfer lease (3 months) left to the buyer and subtract the 3 months lease + buyout ($1,450 + hst) + $($250 +hst admin fee) . Pfaff is charging the admin fee and the HST is only the buyout $1450+250.. I have all the paperwork and we can call Pfaff leasing to confirm.

I probably put 800KM on the car between last summer to now.. I just dont' have time anymore ... maybe in a few years yes but we are planning to have another one so chances are, I won't have that kind of time for 5+ years..

I just rather let her go than look at her everyday
