Default Finally!...It's here.

After a few false starts my car was finally delivered to the dealer and then promptly sent off to get it's clear film installed.

More pictures tomorrow after its had its clear film applied.

I'm exhausted and off to bed but here are a few pics.

Mayur: That thing is a BEAST! Makes my GT3 feel inferior...even though I still love it so.

Thank you. The idea to have the Smokies logo on the illuminated sill came about during a build discussion with sgroer and John Dissen our awesome sales person at Hennessy. It was a bit of a gamble as the logo contains some intricate graphics and we just didn't know how it would turn out. We were all thrilled with the result.

Thank you. It's a tribute to all those who participate in the Smokies events and directly enhance my ownership experience.

GS, thank you. The spec/build was made a lot easier by sgroer paving the way with his RS build and providing me with a template by which to go by.

We'd be happy to have you along. I'll take this opportunity to shamelessly plug our group. Those are interested in taking part in our Spring 2017 event should initially complete the form at the bottom of the following site/page: http://www.smokiesgt3.com

Thank you mooty! I'm amazed at the result. I supplied them an Ai vector file and PAG did the rest.

Hello Ken. Your GT3 is AWESOME! It's an original and a founding instigator in the creation of the Smokies group.

Phil, thank you friend! The experience has been enhanced by the many Smokies who have shared in this adventure with me. sgroer and JonB were right there from the start. We went through the initial disbelief and surprise of getting an allocation, the joy of spec'ing the car, and then experiencing the absolute helplessness one feels when tracking the car cross the ocean. It all culminates in waking up and realizing that the car is real and yours! The adventure continues!
