Well looks like we'll be there a week too early. In town Sunday/Monday this weekend and start driving up the coast back to Vancouver via the wiggliest roads we can find.

Overrated IMO, but what do I know. San Diego has a crap ton of good places to eat. Here's a few near where your staying.

For burgers - hodads in OB or Rocky's (my favorite, just the quintessential burger and fries done right) in crown point. Also can't beat the lunch special.

Fish taco's - south beach in OB or oscar's in pb.

Good places to eat and watch the sunset - world famous or amplified ale works in pb.

Kromdom, there's a parking lot for vacant supermarket on Oceanside Blvd. immediately east of the 5 Freeway. That would be an easy place to find each other. I'll PM you my cell phone number. Now, if I can just figure out how to transport the phone. Where should I put it?
