Does the CA seller know it takes a hefty discount to move that car into a stronger US car and currency market?, yes he does; unlike the CA guys that try to list for the exact same USD asking price a US car on US soil would ask.

Lol - the other seller is priced in USD. 4x the miles sounds dramatic but both cars have very low miles - do you think it's worth $10/mile premium?

Although it seems low...17k is probably considered high mileage for a 4.0!

17k miles on a 4.0 is a high mileage car and cannot be compared to a sub 5k car.

If you want to find good cars at amazing discounts, look north of the border. I've bought two in last 12 mos from CA at huge discounts. It's not without work or hassle and I wouldn't do it again w/out similar discounts.
