The cars look so tiny - I'm halfway expecting to see some Shriners.

Absolutely! As a young child, I remember those things flying around and couldn't get enough of them! First automaker to make a dedicated rally car. When it was time to repaint the race car, we decided to go back to my childhood and paint it in the Alitalia livery in honor of the Lancia!

Short wheelbase, fun to drive. The Group 5 4-valve fire-breathers were really something.

I remember running a PCA DE years ago at Mid-Ohio with one of those in attendance, love at first site. Wish I bought one when they were inexpensive.

I love the Startos. A supercar that is ment to be a rally car. I even got a ride in one in the late 70's early 80's

Me too. For my initial interest in racing--rally.

Then I got all crossed up in getting a 911. But John Buffum did OK with one, so I thought maybe, just maybe. Until the cheapness of an RX-2 made sense on an 18 year old's (lack of) budget.....

I did see one around maybe in the last year. As everyone's mentioned--how small.
