Still need to figure this one out as I really like this angle versus the multiple GoPro setup I used to run.
I've paid for Harry's but have been using an AimSolo DL for the past few years for on track use as it captures a ton of data - I'm pretty pot committed
The only problem I have with it is trying to get the Gauge overlays to work and calibrating it. Haven't quite gotten the hang of it

Do you have any more info on the 2nd gear detent, my 2nd gear a bit notchy when box is cold??

Its hard for me to say.
Between all of the new parts I'm actually not sure how much its helped. I don't have comparison photos otherwise I'd share them but from the shop they said it was a pretty simple install.
My car also shifted hard when cold, seems normal but I guess I can tell you that I haven't had a single (NOT ONE) 2nd gear pop out since. I've grinded from 2nd to 3rd at the track under load due to poor clutch action on my part - been trying to commit to the one heartbeat shifts but its tough.
If you're doing some work in that area I'd say go for it. Call up the guys at GBox in CO - they're super helpful
Do you DD that car too? Damn, I can't see getting in or out of any businesses around me with that height without scraping or taking out the front bumper.

Colin: Thanks for the quick response; some obvious and some not so much! This car is not planned as a daily driver, I've got an older BMW 3-series for that, but I plan to drive it a lot. Will split duties with my 2002 Maserati Coupe and whatever comes next as an alternate day driver! Not really a car guy, but I woke up the other day and realized I'd never had a Porsche, so...now (or at least soon) I'll have one and a lot more to learn.
Went to a BMWCCA Dyno day this weekend with some interesting results.
They had a AWD dyno but I didn't realize I needed to remove the drive shaft in order to get accurate readings due to the front differential...I'm an idiot.
The results were off: 270awhp/200torque
I didn't find any intake or exhaust leaks, the oil was fresh, the ignition system has been overhauled and compression is fine. Turns out the Pcar AWD system isn't like typical Audi/BMW/Subaru setups and I didn't realize that made running on the dyno much more complicated.
The front differential is all mechanical/fluid (viscous clutch) and transfers from the normal 5% of power to anywhere up to 40% when any wheel slippage front or rear is detected by the wheel sensors. Its not a standard 50/50 which I knew but didn't realize it made this process that different.
To counter this parasitic loss, when the Twin Turbo cars (AWD too) dyno they remove the drive shaft to the front wheels (converting to RWD) to get a more accurate reading. This has zero impact on the rest of the car as there are no electronics involved in the front diff and PSM only applies to braking.
In my case, by running on the dyno in AWD the car believes the fronts are slipping as they are spinning at a slower speed than the rears. If the dyno isn't setup to lock both rollers so they are at equal speed, (which it wasn't in this case) this can actually damage the driveshaft and differentials by boiling the fluid as it tries to keep up and transfer power constantly to where it senses it needs it.
Long story short: Time to pop off the crankshaft and see what it does next time.
