This car looks pretty interesting on paper. Anybody looking into this car?

It looks quite interesting. I used to own a Cosworth Ford and it was quite the car. This looks better!

I just found a guy in my state who wants to give up his allocation. Dealer agreed to let me swap places with the guy and I will pay the guy for the deposit he put down.

So if they actually get the production moving I'm getting one. I have not even seen one in person but it is an appealing daily driver for me on paper.

I picked mine up this past weekend... in Frozen White. As some of you know, this is engineered and made in Germany at the Saarlouis Plant by Ford EU.

What a fun car this is! The turn-in, balance, and handling is amazing! Been waiting since last year so I'm glad I finally got one. What a great pkg for 36k!

I picked my blue one up two weeks ago and really like it. Only problem I have are the seats. I drove today for about 35 minutes before I had to stop and give my back a rest. Need to find some seats that are more adjustable.

I was finally able to get an allocation for a 2017--it took longer than I expected because I refused to pay more than MSRP. Black/black with black forged wheels, RS2, and moonroof but am being told not to get my heart set on the black exterior as it may be discontinued in 2017.

Took mine out on the track today with BMW club. Performed quite well, great acceleration and brakes. It IS kind of a heavy sedan in the turns. Think a few cars were surprised by its performance. Seats still suck for me though.

I am considering one of these as a DD. Now that a few of you have had an RS for a while has you opinion changed? What is the car like at 80-90 mph on the highway and is all the ride quality harshness I hear about BS? FWIW I think x73 cayman rides well. I have sat in a few of these cars and the seat seemed comfy for me but I have yet to be in a non parked RS.

I fixed my seat problem by adding firm cushion wedge that fills up the back portion of the seat bottom. Now I like the seat. I saw on the focus RS forum that a fellow imported the Recaro types that are supplied in Europe. They look like quite the seat.
