Default Desperately tracking Swan Ace

Anyone else on the Swan Ace? Looks like it's going to get to Davisville RI in 2-3 days!

Let's see whose car get to dealer first!

I'm on it as well! I'm based in NYC, how about you?

Where are you seeing that it'll be in 2-3 days? I was under the impression it would be 6/29 at the earliest.

Thank you!

According to Fleetmon, the latest estimate says ETA in 2 days.

Mine is in NYC. When does your dealer expect the car to arrive?

for all you waiters, have the dealer check for standard alignment figures
during the car check pre-delivery. There is some common trouble even
getting some cars to that standard setting, so they may have to do some
shimming or other work to get it there. Have them do that.
Also, particularly if there are any more miles on the car than the typical
delivery figure (8-12ish? (there's a post about that)), have the dealer run
the computer check for over-revs.
Ask the dealer to check item-by-item that you got what you ordered.
I didn't, and found the lithium battery wasn't there...
And if you did order the lithium battery, maybe ask for your money back.
I will see if I can photograph the porsche internal doc my service agent
showed me but could not let me keep, that says that battery is not good
for daily use, only for racing, and to swap the normal battery in for daily
use, and that the car needs reprogramming with every swap! My dealer
washed his hands of this, making me call 1-800-porsche. No answer yet.
HTH,
Joe

Really shouldn't be that long. Mine arrived Davisville two weeks ago and was at dealer (NJ) a week later, which was longer than I expected but still OK.

You'll be complaining soon about keeping it under 4K RPMs!

Enjoy!
